Mediating Role of Organizational Hypocrisy in the Relationship Between Organizational Silence and Organizational Rumor

Research on organizations operating in different fields has shown that organizational hypocrisy negative impact employees' behaviors. In terms of educational organizations, the studies show a relationship with silence, rumor, happiness, commitment etc. Thus, these situations suggest may have mediating role between silence and rumor. Based this thought study aims to examine rumor organizations. The was conducted total 323 teachers, 236 females (73%), 87 males (27%). data were collected by using "Organizational Silence Scale", Rumor Scale" Hypocrisy Scale." analyzing data, descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, path analysis, bootstrapping method used test significance effect. results showed there positive significant hypocrisy,
